Learn the old German script

In the course you will learn to read the old German Kurrent script (15th - 19th centuries). Anyone who rummages through old documents, letters, books, certificates and archival materials and wants to decipher the content is welcome in this course. A half-day research in the Basel-Stadt State Archives completes the course. There you will find out how to find your way around this special environment and you will be able to apply your acquired reading skills straight away. Online courses are possible.
